PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Process for in-transit damaged parcels
We will process a replacement as soon as we have completed the investigation into the claim.
Process for In-Transit Lost Parcels
We will process a replacement as soon as we have conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel indeed lost.
